The air was blowing gently, like it would in almost any shoujo manga. Hansel walked into the café—Always the first to arrive. The entire café had turned pink, white, and red. He thought it to be quite appropriate whether everyone liked it or not. Flipping the light switches, a peculiar sound could be heard. The clicking of gears? A mischievous grin went across the store managers face, “Well…” He walked onto the center of the floor, “I hope everyone enjoys what I have in store for Valentine’s month~” He giggled, “If not, I might just have to snap their necks.”

Amusement Park Blind Date
Team Event for February #1

”We’ll be spending the day at the Amusement Park everyone~! Since it’s quite boring to just hang out with whoever you choose—I’ve decided everyone will be randomly paired up~!” Hansel giggled, shuffling his hand through a small pouch, pulling pieces of paper out, “I hope everyone has fun~ Cause if not~ You won’t get the pretty prize I have for the winners~ <3”

The café has decided to take its customers and clients out for a day at the amusement park. As Hansel is trying to stir the pot, he decided that it would be mandatory for everyone to pair up and compete to see who could make their partner the happiest. The one with the most satisfied partner wins. According to the rules he set.

This is both an RP and art/writing related event.

Valentine’s Day Cards

Riaa walked into the café holding a small card in hand, candy attached to it with a small sticker. Catching sight of the small item, Hansel tugged on the blond’s sleeve, “Riaa-tan~ What’s that~?” Looking down at the card, Riaa looked at the store manager brightly, “Ah! It’s my Valentine’s Day card for Hiko!” A bit confused, Hansel pouted at the other boy, “Card? For Valentine’s Day?” Riaa smiled excitedly, “Oh! In America— We give each other cards like this and put candy with it! You’re supposed to give it to your friends and the people you love~!” He gave a grin, giving Hansel more ideas.

“Oh~? Is that so? Hmm.” After thinking a bit more, a smile danced on his lips, “Maybe we should all do that too~”

Since Hansel is a copycat and likes to torment Riaa whether the blond notices it or not—He wants everyone in the café to somehow make these Valentine’s Day cards they’ve never even heard of or seen. He wants them pretty and the candy better go along with it.

This is an art/writing related event.

Draw or write about your character doing anything related to the Valentine’s Day cards. Whether it’s making them, giving the cards to their friends, or even failing hardcore and spilling water on the cards they worked on so hard on the whole night before. Show us your character’s card making adventures yes~?

Chocolate Baking Lessons

Today was quite the odd day. Hardly anyone was allowed in the kitchen unless they knew how to cook. Takehiko made sure to scare and ban away anyone who couldn’t crack an egg. Today was different however. The kitchen was cleared and everyone was standing at a table, bowl, chocolates, and various other kitchen supplies in front of them. Takehiko walked in, his shirt sleeves rolled up, glasses on, and a smirk on his face, “Good afternoon. Please refer to me as Hakuoro-sensei. I will be your chocolate baking teacher today.”

After quite a straightforward and aggressively short baking lesson—Takehiko took a look at the bowl in front of him, “Hmm… I think it might be ready…” He looked up and motioned for Riaa to come forward. The blond, doing what he was told was suddenly pushed onto the table, shirt ripped open, and warm chocolate being poured in the boy’s mouth, dripping down into his pants.

Takehiko smirked again and looked out to ‘the class’, most of them staring with odd expressions, “Now I hope this lesson was quite useful to all of you. Make sure to please your boyfriends tonight hmm~?” With that, Takehiko pulled Riaa by the arm and out of the kitchen.

Everyone was left in the kitchen-- Not really knowing what to do at that point.

Now that everyone has somewhat learned how to bake and cook chocolate—Tell us how your character decided to use their new found skills. Did they make cookies for their one special person? How about truffles wrapped in a pretty bow? Or did they pull a Takehiko and have one sexy date night involving the white chocolate? Uhuhuhu~

We would certainly like to know~ <3

The Dating Game

”Masaharu-kun~” Hansel bent over, hand rested on the fudanshi’s shoulders, “Would you like to help me with something~?” He giggled, whispering in the boy’s ear. Standing up, an evil glint in his eye, he asked one more time, “So~? Will you help me dear~?” He held out a black object to Masaharu. The voice actor taking it from the manager with an excited smile.

Paprika, having wandered in around the time was jumped onto by Hansel as well. Whispering into the blond’s ear, hoping to get another accomplice--- He was met with Paprika’s palm, “Manager~ You already know how this works~!” With a giggle, Hansel handed Paprika a large stack of money, “I’m glad to have you on my side Papri-kun~” Giving the other a kiss on the cheek, he walked into the kitchen.

Spotting one of the two victims he had to put the collar on first—He leaned over as the other cooked, “Hiko-chii~ What are you doing hrm~?”

Hansel has completely renovated the café so that they have large “The Dating Game” styled seats. They are large, cushiony, and in the shape of very large pink and purple hearts. Knowing not all his employees would comply to such a game—Hansel made sure the two most dangerous employees—Ryou and Takehiko—Wear shock collared first. Everyone else has been snuck on by Paprika, and Masaharu. Along with the shock collars— If anyone even tries to leave the contestant’s area once a game is started, they will be shocked twice if they set foot out of the area.

The Dating Game is meant for everyone to get to know each other. Points matter because if you win first—You are released from the shock collar and having to play the game for the rest of the day. Lose—And you will have to play again—With a completely different partner.

Whether you know your partner or not isn’t the issue—You just need to have fun is all. <3

Cupid’s Treasure Hunt
Team Event for February #2

Sven, asleep at the counter as usual, had fallen onto the floor hitting his head. Getting up, irritated, he walked around the café, looking for some ice to put on his head. Instead—He walked down into the café basement, still dizzy. Putting his hand on one of the walls, it caved in. Coughing from all the dust, Sven felt around and grabbed a hold of a chest of sorts. Curious—He opened it up.

Rummaging through some papers, thinking he had just found junk—He looked at the scrolled up a paper a bit longer. Were they… Treasure maps? Of modern day Japan? Thinking he could probably get rich from the weird maps—He gathered them all into his arms and quickly walked upstairs. He didn’t see anyone else around so he tried to quickly bolt for the door. However—Hansel stepped out of nowhere and leaned in front of him.

“Hrm~? Sven darling~? What do you have there~? You’re gonna share it with me right~?”

Apparently— The owners of Doki Doki Honey’s building were gangsters of some sort. Yakuza, Triads, Mafia—Whatever they were— They had hidden some extremely valuable information in the walls of the café’s basement. Now that Sven has found these maps—

Everyone is to go on what Hansel calls “Cupid’s Scavenger Hunt.”

Given a random map—Your character will go to the city the map tells you to go and you will either go alone, with a partner, or in a group.

This is an art/writing event. And can also be a partnered private RP event.

What you end up finding— All depends on how you present your story or illustration to us. Search through every place and get lost in the city. Eat some food and tell us how it goes. Your reward might be grand— You may end up empty handed. Or worse—You just might find something just a bit grotesque.

If you wish to participate— Comment on the journal and we will give you a random map of a random city. And then—Go to town and have an adventure.

Valentine’s Day Dance

Ryou was quite the intimidating person. He was always angry looking and making most anyone scared just by his appearance. To be honest—Deep inside—The guy just really wanted to make friends and get along with everyone. Along with Masaharu, he was the only other manager who hadn’t been working at Doki Doki Honey before they had arrived. Aside from that asshole Takehiko—Everyone was pretty cool. Cooking chocolates was a huge failure and he wanted to try and do something nice for all the employees.

Then an idea struck him. Had anyone in café—Ever had a Valentine’s Day dance? It was brilliant! Oh god—Why hadn’t he thought of it before? Everyone would have fun at a Valentine’s Day dance right? He could decorate the café himself and everything! He would make the café extremely cute and you know—No one knew cute better than him. He was the expert of experts when it came to cute anything after all.

This was certainly going to take a lot of work. He would need some help. But no way—Could he ask Takehiko and creepy Hansel. Who else would be willing to help him out? He needed to do this right. Failure was not an option when it came to this.

Ryou wants really bad to impress everyone at the café. His solution is to decorate the café and prepare it for this glorious Valentine’s Day dance. He knows he wants to DJ but—That’s about all he knows. He’ll need some help.

Convince Ryou you have what it takes to help him with the dance. Whether it’s music, decorations, food whatever—Let him know you can help him out.

At the dance—Some crazy things might happen. Couples will fight, people will get together, dresses will be ripped, cheaters will be exposed, and fights will break out. What happens when your character makes their preparations for the dance? What will go wrong? Maybe everything will go right that night instead?

This will be the closing RP Event for February and will occur in the Event Chat during the last week of February.
